As we have longer evenings and more cosy time, we search for and explore new options.
Today, I wish to introduce you to another great local business supporting wellness in our neck of the woods.
It is Clarity of Sight, run by Penny Alternskye.
Not only is it a gorgeous shop with a selection of healing modalities — Reiki, reflexology, postgraduate spiritual courses — but also a beautiful shop of various spiritual artefacts such as crystals, cards, salt lamps, etc.
They have ample space at the Linford Wood Business Centre, where they run
- courses,
- provide treatment,
- showcase all their products,
- and operate an online shop.
Therapeutic intervention
Penny is a fabulous tutor, Reiki Master, reflexologist and caring person inside/out. Her kindness, knowledgeable approach and magic touch provide you with the best possible support for your wellness and rebalancing to the best version of yourself.
Personally, Penny provides a therapeutic intervention on the merging of the physical and mystical realms. She is terrific at reading the challenges of the current phases after the initial interview and balancing the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of the person, no matter which modalities she applies.
Clarity of sight is a place where wellness and spiritual health are top priorities. Whatever it is — a salt lamp, crystals, or booking a treatment —those actions help us feel relaxed, let our bodies be at ease, and return to the natural state of equilibrium.
Reflexology
I love my regular reflexology sessions, when we create space to slow down and realign, which supports my wellness and emotional health. My feet feel amazing after treatment. They feel relaxed and light, as if I were walking on clouds. I am eager to visit Penny to learn more about the new courses, crystals, and ideas to explore.
Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment that leaves you refreshed and restored, with a deep inner knowing of the positive outcomes. As it is very gentle, it is an ideal solution for sensitive, ultra-sensitive, and anxious people, helping them feel calmer, better, and stronger in their own sense. Often, I refer my client for this self-care treatment, whether it’s just relaxation or a more physical need, e.g., managing swollen legs, to help them feel better in their own bodies.
Colour Therapy
Additionally, I had the privilege of participating in her Colour therapy course several years ago. It was fascinating to learn how the meanings of colours and their influence on our psyches and subconscious affect the surrounding environment and our well-being.
Beuatiful gifts
No matter what you believe, I am confident you will find something interesting and beautiful in her shop—from a lovely gift for yourself or a friend to a great piece for your home.
I highly recommend exploring the link below to see for yourself what great pieces you could find in their online shop, enrol in the fascinating courses, or booking a browsing session with the knowledgeable support team.
